Chocolate Zucchini Cake – Lisa Worthington
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 tea. vanilla
¾ cup shortening
2 cups zucchini – grated
½ cup milk
2 ½ cups flour
½ cup cocoa
2 ½ tea. baking powder
1 ½ tea. soda
1 tea. salt
1 tea. cinnamon
Bake at 350˚ for 1 hour, check before 1 hour. Frost with powdered sugar frosting on page on page 82.
