Cream Cheese Frosting – Kathryn Christensen

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
¼ cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tea. lemon juice


Beat cream cheese and butter until softened. Add the rest of the ingredients and whip until smooth.
