Sweet and Sour Pork – Aunt Lila Christensen Greisbach
1 ½ lb. pork roast, cubed and browned
1 can #2 whole tomatoes
Simmer 30 minutes
1 cup vinegar
½ cup brown sugar
Simmer
Add:
Carrots, green pepper, pineapple chunks with juice, water chestnuts.
Simmer 15 – 20 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch. Serve over rice or noodle.
