Taco Soup – Kenna Christensen


1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cans stewed tomatoes, 16 oz.
2 cans kidney beans, un-drained, 16 oz.
1 can tomato sauce, 10 oz. 
1 envelope taco seasoning mix (mild) less if desired
3 cups water, less water if cooked in crock pot

Brown meat, add chopped onions and cook until soft. Add other ingredients and simmer two hours. 

Toppings as desired: Guacamole, grated cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions.
