Chicken and Rice Dinner – Janet Cook
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 ½ cans milk
¾ cup uncooked rice
1 can mushroom, including juice
1 envelope (1 ½ oz.) dehydrated onion soup mix
3-4 chicken breasts
Heat oven to 350˚. Mix mushroom soup with milk, add rice and mushrooms. And onion soup mix. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Place chicken on top. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 10 – 15 minutes longer.
