Classic Potato Salad


1 cup real mayonnaise
2 Tlbs. vinegar
1 1/2 tea salt
1 tea sugar
¼ tea pepper
4 cups cooked, cubed, peeled potatoes (5-6 medium) 
1 cup sliced celery
½ cup chopped onion
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped


Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill. Makes 5 cups.
