Enchilada Casserole – Sheree Bjeergaard
1 lb hamburger
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 pkg. corn tortillas
Grated cheese
Olives
Brown hamburger, add soup and enchilada sauce. Deep fry corn tortillas for about 30 seconds. Layer tortillas, meat, cheese, olives. Bake at 350˚for 15 minutes or until hot
