Skillet Enchiladas – Tracy Christensen
Brown:
1 lb. hamburger
½ cup onion
Add:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
Mix together and roll up in corn tortilla with cheese inside and place in pan. Heat until cheese is melted. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and olives.
