6 large green onions
1 or 2 tomatoes, canned tomatoes can be used
1 large head of cabbage
2 green peppers
1 bunch celery
1 pkg Lipton soup mix.
Season with salt, pepper, curry powder, parsley and bullion cubes. Cut vegetables in small to medium pieces and cover with water. Boil fast for 10 minutes. Turn down to simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are tender. This soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry.
