Frozen Fruit Salad – Karel Medrano


1 (30 oz.) Fruit Cocktail
2 cups sour cream
1 (10 oz.) Maraschino cherries
¾ cup sugar
1 Tlb plus 1 tea. lemon juice
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 medium bananas, sliced


Mix together, pour into mold or milk cartons (1 quart size). Freeze 24 hours and slice into squares when ready to serve.
