Zucchini Bread – Tracy Christensen
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs
2 cups grated zucchini
3 tea. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tea. salt
1 tea. soda
3 tea. cinnamon
¼ tea. baking powder
½ cup chopped walnuts
Chocolate chips or raisins
Grease bread pans. Bake at 325˚ for 45 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
