Whole Wheat Bread – Pauline Simmons

1 ½ cup water
3 Tlbs. honey

Heat until honey is melted. When cooled to warm, dissolve 2 tea. yeast in the water honey mixture.

1 cup evaporated milk 

Pour into water and honey

1 tea. salt
2 eggs beaten
1/3 cup oil
7 cups flour


Let rise, put in pans, let rise 20 minutes more. Bake at 375˚ for 25 minutes. Reduce heat to 325˚ for 25 minutes more. Brush with butter.
